Renewing America’s Big Tech Amicus Brief

In spite of the complaints of naysayers and so-called free-trade advocates, it should be remembered that President Trump is not being radical. He is merely treating the world as the world has treated the United States.

The Functional Government Initiative and the Center for Renewing America identify at least a trillion dollars’ worth of divisive, identity-based programs and policies among the federal thicket and make suggestions that could ensure they don’t come back.

The executive branch has been given broad authority to enforce immigration law and conduct mass deportations. These authorities come from historical precedent, the U.S. Constitution, and statutes passed by Congress. The president of the United States can use every mechanism of power available to facilitate the removal of those who are present in the United States illegally.
