The left has normalized large-scale unlawful migration; now the Court has detached citizenship from the concept of political allegiance. Without the Citizenship Act of 2026, membership in our constitutional community may remain a function of geography rather than law, consent, and reciprocal obligation.

The NIH has strayed from its core mission of conducting impartial biomedical research and has become a vehicle for promoting woke ideologies. By allocating taxpayer funds to projects prioritizing DEI and controversial research such as gain-of-function studies, the NIH has eroded public trust and weaponized its influence to serve ideological ends rather than promote public health.

PEPFAR has been co-opted by the left to promote radical ideologies and to facilitate the murder of unborn children. As Congress conducts its FY2026 appropriations process, it should consider ending funding for PEPFAR and shifting responsibilities to host countries.

The USIP is another taxpayer-funded left-wing scheme that promotes multiple aspects of the left’s agenda, along with regime change schemes.
