Biden Announces ILLEGAL Mass Amnesty Executive Actions
Earlier this week, on June 18th , President Biden announced new, unlawful, and unconstitutional executive actions that will allow millions of inadmissible illegal aliens to remain in the country without threat of deportation, and puts them on an immediate path to citizenship. The Biden Administration has named these actions “Parole in Place.”
The first of President’s Biden’s unlawful executive actions will allow illegal alien noncitizen spouses of U.S. citizens to apply for permanent residence status (green cards) without penalty and protects these illegal aliens from deportation as long as they have lived in the U.S. for at least 10 years. This will also allow the stepchildren of U.S. citizens (children of illegal aliens married to U.S. citizens) to remain to gain permanent resident status (green cards). This could apply to up to 550,000 illegal aliens. This means that the illegal aliens who qualify will be eligible for:
- Social Security Numbers
- Green Cards
- Work Visas
- Healthcare (Obamacare and Medicaid)
- Welfare Benefits (Food Stamps, SSI, etc.)
- Federal Student Financial Aid
- And eventually, Full Citizenship
In addition, President Biden has also decided to give work visas more easily to DACA recipients and illegal aliens who have graduated from a U.S. college or university. This means even more jobs going to illegal aliens and fewer to American citizens.
President Biden made the announcement of these lawless executive actions on the 12th anniversary of former President Obama’s equally lawless Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. This only highlights how unlawful President Biden’s actions are. This new “Parole in Place” program was created by the Biden Administration and has not been considered – let alone passed – by the U.S. Congress. It is blatantly illegal and unconstitutional and has no basis in U.S. law. Reports even allude to President Biden “removing an obstacle in U.S. law” in order to grant millions of illegal aliens legal status to remain in this country and eventually grant them citizenship and the right to vote.
These actions by President Biden reward those who have broken U.S. law, and once again, demonstrate how President Biden is acting with total disregard for the wellbeing and livelihood of American citizens and favoring illegal aliens over citizens.
Biden’s Mass Amnesty “Parole in Place” Plan:
- Allows illegal alien/noncitizen legal spouses of U.S. citizens to apply for lawful permanent residence status without leaving the country.
- The illegal alien spouse must have resided in the U.S. for 10 or more years and be legally married to a U.S. citizen.
- The children and stepchildren under the age of 21 whose parent is married to a U.S. citizen are also eligible for this new program.
- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will consider each application on a case-by-case basis.
- Permanent legal residence status allows for full taxpayer funded programs and benefits.
- After 3 years, those with permanent legal residence status will be eligible to apply for full U.S. citizenship.
Biden’s Expedited Work Visas for Illegal Aliens:
- Creates an expedited work visa process for DACA recipients and other illegal aliens who have graduated from an accredited U.S. college or university.
- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the State Department will work together to facilitate this expedited work visa process for illegal aliens.
